Why your food quality matters for your health quality.

100 years ago, all foods were naturally organic. Animals were raised outside on fresh pastures. Fish didn’t have pollution inside them. Today, it’s almost impossible to find foods that resemble the quality our ancestors thrived on. for your private chef service, we want you to experience the clean heritage-grade foods humans were designed to eat.

Nutrients for vitality

Animals raised outdoors eating grass, forage, and fresh pastures naturally produce more nutrients in line with the human diet (omega 3’s, vitamin K2, beta carotene, vitamin E, and other essential fatty acids, such as CLA). These animals also produce fewer stress hormones which have been found to end up in our food.

These animals are healthier because they eat their natural diets, instead of feedlot. It is believed that eating healthy animals makes a human healthier (rather than eating unhealthy animals) - which of course seems innately obvious.

Organic plant foods produce more of their own natural defence nutrients to fend off insects - it is these phytonutrients that also play a key role in how the plant foods interact with the human body to activate the body’s antioxidant pathways. Organic and wild plant foods also contain more natural levels of sugar - more identical to the forgotten foods of our ancestors.

Taking precautions on concerning chemicals

The modern food supply is flooded with many unnatural chemicals that have been repeatedly studied demonstrating harm to humans, such as mercury, lead, a whole library of pesticides, antibiotics, growth hormones, BPA plastics, phthalates, food dyes…

Many of these compounds are particularly concerning for human fertility, childbirth deformities, autism, hormonal disruption, the nervous system, and cancer.

The best way to stay free from these unnatural compounds is to focus on eating organic whole foods cooked from scratch, selectively sourcing wild fish with less pollution, and preparing foods using non-toxic cookware.

How organic foods empower our community.

Not only are organic foods tastier and healthier, but they also support local farmers, grocers, national food security, and the natural ecosystems in the local area.

Supporting the local community

Often, organic and pasture-raised foods come from family-owned farms in the local area. Buying these foods supports local farmers and grocers. This money inevitably ends up being spent in the local area and helping the local economy to flourish.

Agriculture is the bedrock of any civilisation during difficult times. Buying home-grown food helps build our nation’s natural capabilities to feed its own population. We should strive to make our nation more independent when it comes to food security. Buying local foods is a charitable cause and investment that makes our nation stronger.

Regenerating nature

Buying pasture-raised animal foods from regenerative farms is one of the greatest things you can do to promote life. These farms are self-sufficient and raise their animals outdoors naturally - eating grass and forage, drinking from rivers and rainfall. This method of farming promotes biodiversity. It’s been found that animals thought to be extinct in the local area, reemerge at regenerative sanctuaries to raise their families. This method of farming also creates nutrient-rich soil filled with microbes that helps to grow food for our population and sequester carbon from the atmosphere.

Unfortunately, modern farming of plant foods often means growing a single crop (corn or soy) for thousands of acres using heavy chemicals which destroy the soil, kills the animals, and leave barren wastelands in the aftermath. Organic farming and crop rotation is a more natural alternative, which does not include the use of heavy pesticides - this preserves more of the farmland without disrupting the natural ecosystem in such an extreme way.
